Ms. Bacic, a Certified Management Consultant (CMC), has successfully built new organisations and has delivered multi-million dollar mission critical projects from initial business case to implementation. She has been involved in the technology movement from the mainframe, to the desktop, through to client/server, and Internet computing. She has extensive experience in project management, management of strategic partnerships and multidisciplinary teams, strategic business and operational planning, business process re-design, information and content management, business and systems analysis, feasibility studies, systems integration of hardware and software product solutions, user training, outsourcing, and organisational studies.

Her consulting clients have included high-tech companies; financial institutions; federal, provincial, state, and municipal governments; and law enforcement.

Ms. Bacic has taught technology courses and has chaired/presented at conferences and high-technology forums. Ms. Bacic is fluently bilingual (English and French) and has the ability to converse in a number of Slavic languages.
